Practices and Disclosure
1. Time frame for fulfillment of orders for goods or services.
Shipping times for all in-stock items are shipped within 14
days.
Items will be requested through special shipments if the items
are not in stock and will be delivered as soon as shipments
from India arrive. Allow 6 to 8 weeks for these types of orders.
Twice a year we will be making special shipments for our custom
orders, one at the end of May and the other at the end of September.
These are items for which the customers specify their measurements
with respect to the Kurta and the type of Pajama they require,
as well as for more expensive items and orders for weddings
(ie. Sherwanis ranging from $500 to $1500 and pure silk Kurtapajamas).

2. Merchandise
Availability Due to the unpredictable demand for certain styles
and/or sizes of our products, some items may not be available
when you place an order. If this situation occurs, you'll be
contacted. We will either place a special order for the item
or will provide you with an item of similar or better value.
You will find that our products are well worth the wait.
Refund
Policy:
We will refund 100% of your money provided the item is in its
original state and not altered in any shape or form, as well
as not worn(for hygenic reasons). Also the item must be shipped
to Kurtapajama Inc.'s address within 30 days of receipt.

Items which have
been altered or custom tailored to meet customer's needs will
not be refunded.
